GREEN FROG REVOLUTION
Our integrated engineering platform
Green Frog Revolution has developed an integrated engineering platform for the controlled treatment, recovery, and productive reuse of mixed and contaminated plastic waste.
Engineering Difficult Plastic Waste Into Lasting Value
Green Frog Revolution (GFR) is developing an integrated engineering platform for the controlled treatment, recovery, and productive reuse of mixed and contaminated plastic waste.
Rather than relying on a single process, GFR brings together controlled thermal treatment, process-gas management, CSET combustion technology, material consolidation, environmental monitoring, and product manufacture within one engineering system.
The objective is simple: recover useful value from difficult waste while measuring and controlling what happens to the material throughout the process.
Technical Research & Publication
Controlled Thermal Consolidation of Heterogeneous Mixed Waste Plastic
A Reduced-Preprocessing Approach to Resource Recovery
GFR is preparing its first technical research paper for proposed public and peer-reviewed publication.
The paper examines the controlled thermal consolidation of heterogeneous, mixed and contaminated plastic waste using reduced preprocessing. It documents experimental observations from full-scale bale processing and investigates the production of consolidated material suitable for direct mechanical processing into useful products.
The research is intentionally focused on the thermal and physical consolidation process. Other areas of GFR research, including recovered hydrocarbon utilisation, emissions and PFAS treatment, are being investigated separately.

Patent Applications
GFR's intellectual property portfolio includes patent protection directed toward key elements of the technology platform.
Australian Standard Patent Application No. 2026200930
A COMBUSTION SUPPORT AND EXHAUST TREATMENT MODULE, SYSTEM AND METHOD (CSET)
The application relates to GFR's CSET technology and its application to combustion support and exhaust treatment.
A VACUUM PYROLYSIS SYSTEM
GFR's intellectual property portfolio also includes a patent application directed toward its vacuum pyrolysis reactor and associated system architecture, incorporating engineering principles developed through GFR's experimental reactor program.
Together, GFR's research and intellectual property program provides a structured pathway from experimental development and technical validation through to protected commercial technology.
