Proposed GFR Automated Block-Cutting System
Green Frog Revolution is developing a purpose-designed, CNC-controlled block-cutting system for its proposed Caboolture manufacturing hub.
The system is designed to process large, thermally consolidated plastic blocks into recycled-plastic bollards, construction materials and other commercial products.
The proposed design incorporates a 1,500 mm cutting blade, hydraulic positioning, automated cutting controls and a cooling system.
This equipment forms part of GFR's strategy to establish a central manufacturing facility supporting multiple industrial waste-processing partners.

- Active Tier-1 Multinational Supply Line: GFR is progressing a proposed five-year supply agreement with Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF), supporting the planned deployment of on-site thermal consolidation technology.
- Ironclad Logistical Alliance: All site-clearance transportation and material logistics are fully executed under a strategic alliance with AB Steel Supplies, utilizing an active tier-1 KGF partner to run continuous circular loops straight to the Caboolture facility gates.
- Published Research & Independent Scientific Review: GFR's thermal consolidation research has been published as a publicly accessible preprint on Research Square. A second manuscript has also been submitted to Discover Sustainability, published by Springer Nature, where it is progressing through the editorial review process.
